Judgement is wishing that something were other than it is. This habit is enabled by forgetting that I have the choice to embody love. To embrace the undesirable with full acceptance and allow it to be. Then there is no reactive pushing away, nor addictive grasping, just flow with what is. Uninhibited flow...

Breath

When healing through breathwork I am reminded that the strength of focus is the main determining factor in healing and shifting reality to a higher vibration.
